Week 1: Context

- Friday: Individual plan refinement. Participants reflect on insights and refine plans for implementation.
Week 2-5: Implementation
- Monday-Friday: Daily 1-hour virtual co-work for goal implementation.
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Guide available for live advice.
Ongoing: Support and problem-solving through message board.
Participants receive ongoing support from the guide and community. The message board facilitates sharing problems and getting assistance.
